Natural gas companies like Chesapeake Energy are making a killing on their contracts with natural gas producers.
The company announced last month that it had sold a whopping $2.5 billion worth of gas to shale gas producers and their affiliates over the last five years.
But there’s another natural gas company that is making a lot of money off the natural gas market, too.
It’s not a company with an oil or gas portfolio, but a company that sells natural gas.
